1. The seller

Hantasy OÜ, registration number 17329558, registered office Sakala tn 7-2, 10141 Tallinn, Estonia (the „seller“). E-mail: info@spiritnova.sk. Goods are shipped from Slovakia.

2. Nature of the goods

The seller sells devotional objects, in particular Water of Repentance – blessed spring water in a glass bottle intended for a personal ritual of repentance.

The goods are a devotional (religious) object. They are not a food, cosmetic product, medicine or medical device, are not intended for drinking, and are not intended for application to the skin other than washing the hands during the ritual. The seller promises no spiritual, health or other effect; the meaning of the ritual is a matter of the buyer’s personal faith.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

You place an order by adding the goods to the cart and submitting the order form. Before submitting, you can check and correct your details. By submitting the order you confirm that you have read these terms.

The contract of sale is concluded when the seller confirms the order by e-mail. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order, in particular if the goods are unavailable or the delivery address is outside the countries we ship to.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros and are final. Delivery costs are shown in the cart before you complete the order, according to the price list under Shipping and payment.

Payment is made online by card or via PayPal. Goods are dispatched after payment is received.

5. Delivery

We deliver to countries of the European Union. Goods are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment; delivery time depends on the country and carrier and is stated under Shipping and payment. We deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer on receipt. If the parcel arrives damaged, please tell us as soon as possible, ideally with a photo.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. It is enough to send us an unambiguous statement within this period (by e-mail to info@spiritnova.sk); you may use the model form under Returns and refunds.

Send the goods back to us no later than 14 days after withdrawal. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. We will refund the purchase price, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal or of receiving the goods back, using the same payment method you used.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). A bottle with a broken seal therefore cannot be returned.

7. Liability for defects and complaints

We are liable for defects in the goods to the extent required by mandatory consumer protection law – at least 2 years from receipt. Submit a complaint by e-mail with a description of the defect and your order number. We will handle it without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days.

Depending on the nature of the defect, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

8. Alternative dispute resolution

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint or order was handled, write to us – most matters are settled by agreement. As a consumer you also have the right to turn to an alternative dispute resolution body: in Estonia the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the TTJA (ttja.ee), or the competent body in your country of residence.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy policy.

10. Final provisions

The contractual relationship is governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. These terms are effective from 26 September 2026; the seller may amend them, and the version in force at the time of ordering applies to that order.
