What data we process and why

Orders: name, delivery and billing address, e-mail, phone number (for the carrier) and details of the goods ordered. Purpose: concluding and performing the contract of sale, delivery, handling complaints and withdrawals. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations (accounting, tax).

Payment: payment is processed by the payment gateway provider (card) or PayPal. Card details never reach us; we only receive a payment confirmation.

Contact form and e-mail: your e-mail address and the content of your message, solely so that we can reply.

Cookies and analytics: governed by the separate Cookie policy.

Who we share data with

The carrier (for delivery), the payment service provider, the hosting provider and our accountant. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not use profiling.

How long we keep data

Order and invoice data for 7 years from the end of the financial year (legal obligation). Correspondence for at most 2 years from the last contact.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. Just write to us. If you feel we handle your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Estonia the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee), or the authority in your country.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish an updated, dated version on this page.
