Returns and refunds
14 days to change your mind, 2 years of liability for defects. No fine print.
Withdrawal within 14 days
You can return an unopened bottle with an intact seal within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed.
Write to us at info@spiritnova.sk (free text or the model form below is enough) and send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawal to the address we confirm. The cost of the return shipment is borne by the buyer.
We refund the price including the original postage within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
For hygiene reasons a bottle with a broken seal cannot be returned (Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Damaged parcel
If the glass arrives broken or the packaging damaged, write to us within 48 hours with a photo. We will send a new bottle or refund you – your choice, without unnecessary formalities.
Defective goods
We are liable for defects for at least 2 years from receipt. Send a complaint by e-mail with your order number and a description of the defect; we will handle it without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days.
