Repentance begins inside: naming what we did wrong and truly regretting it. No object can do that for you. Water of Repentance is a tangible aid for that moment – when you wash your hands with it during prayer, you give your remorse a shape. A gesture that both body and heart remember.

Be still
Find a place and a moment when no one will disturb you. Prepare a bowl or a sink, and the bottle.

Ask for forgiveness
In your own words, aloud or in silence. It is not about a formula; it is about sincerity.

Name your sins
One after another. No excuses, no softening. This step tends to be the hardest – and the most important.

Wash your hands with the water
Pour a little into your palms and, with deep remorse, wash your hands. A little is enough – one bottle lasts about eight to ten rituals.

What it looks like in practice
Evening. Silence. Cold water on your palms.
The children are asleep, the phone is in another room. You open the bottle and pour a little cold water into your palms. You say out loud what you have been avoiding all week – specifically, without excuses. You slowly wash your hands and say the prayer from the card. It takes ten minutes. Nothing happens – and yet you go to bed differently from how you got up.

Why I bless this water
My name is Gabriel. I am not a priest.
Some time ago I had a near-death experience that changed how I face my own faults. I learned that cleansing and forgiveness are not confined to the confessional – they begin wherever a person honestly names what they did wrong and truly regrets it. I cannot prove what I lived through, and I am not asking you to believe it. I only offer water, a prayer and a simple ritual – to those it may help.
