1. Who we are and what the programme is

The programme is operated by Hantasy OÜ, registration number 17329558, Sakala tn 7-2, 10141 Tallinn, Estonia („SpiritNova“, „we“). The partner programme allows content creators („partner“) to recommend SpiritNova products with their own discount code and earn a commission for it.

2. Admission to the programme

Partners are admitted on the basis of an application. The decision is ours and we do not have to justify it. A partner must be at least 18 years old and entitled to receive payments (as a business or as a private individual under the rules of their country).

3. Code, discount and commission

Each partner receives their own discount code and a partner link that applies the code automatically. The code gives the customer a 10% discount on the product price. The partner earns a commission of 20% of the product value (after discount, excluding delivery costs) of orders in which their code was used or which were placed within 30 days of a click on their link.

No commission is due on orders placed by or for the partner themselves, on orders cancelled, unpaid or returned within the withdrawal period, or on orders where the code was obtained from public coupon sites.

4. Payment

Commissions are confirmed 30 days after delivery of the order (after the withdrawal period has expired). Confirmed commissions are paid monthly, by the 15th of the following month, by bank transfer or PayPal, if their total reaches at least €20. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month.

A partner who is a business issues an invoice; a private individual confirms receipt of the payment. The partner is responsible for taxation of the payment under the rules of their country.

5. Content rules

The partner labels every piece of content created as part of the collaboration as advertising or a paid partnership in the way required by the rules of their country (e.g. #ad, #sponsored, „paid partnership“). The label must be visible without further clicks.

The partner must not claim that the product forgives sins, heals, has a health effect, replaces the sacrament of reconciliation, professional help or an apology; must not call it church holy water and must not encourage drinking it. The partner speaks truthfully about their own experience and does not mislead.

The partner must not run paid advertising on the SpiritNova brand or its products, post the code on coupon sites, or use spam, fake reviews or other unfair practices.

6. Brand and materials

The partner may use the SpiritNova logo, photos and texts we provide solely for the purposes of the collaboration. They must not alter them in a way that changes their meaning, nor use them after the collaboration ends.

7. Duration and termination

The collaboration is for an indefinite period. Either party may end it at any time in writing (by e-mail). In case of a breach of the content rules we may end the collaboration immediately and withhold unpaid commissions on orders obtained through the breach.

Confirmed commissions earned in accordance with these terms before termination are paid on the next payment date.

8. Personal data

We process partners‘ data for the purposes of running the programme and paying commissions in accordance with our Privacy policy. Partners do not receive customers‘ personal data – the dashboard shows only the number and value of orders placed with their code.

9. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. We may amend them; partners are informed of changes by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. Continuing the collaboration after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.
